T-Mobile Nokia 6301 Review - Cnet

T-Mobile Nokia 6301

Cnet reviews the T-Mobile Nokia 6301: “The T-Mobile Nokia 6301 design puts function over form. The silver candy bar shape is a cell phone classic and the ergonomic controls and vibrant display are exceedingly easy to use. At 4.2 inches by 1.7 inches by 0.5 inch and only 1.4 ounces, the cell phone is compact and portable but it’s big enough to mimic the feel of a home cordless phone. We love the charging base that is included in the box (you don’t have to use it). It’s a convenient way to keep your T-Mobile Nokia 6301 in one place when you’re at home–no more hunting around for it when you get a call–and power it up at the same time.

The good: The T-Mobile Nokia 6301 has a simple, easy-to-use design with a brilliant display and well-designed navigation controls. Its functional feature set includes Wi-Fi for VoIP calling, and its call quality is top-notch.

The bad: The handset’s microSD card and headset jack are in inconvenient places. It has poor photo quality as well.

The bottom line: The T-Mobile Nokia 6301 is a great choice for a HotSpot @Home cell phone. Just don’t count on its camera.”
