PCMag reviews the LG Vu CU920: “The LG Vu CU920 isn’t quite as slick as the iPhone. But it’s close. Ultimately, it’s the lack of PC syncing and the somewhat lower-quality Internet options that cause me to recommend Apple’s phone over LG’s. The iPhone successfully takes the place of a PDA and an iPod because it serves as an extension of the media and personal information you keep on your PC, and browsing with Safari is truly gorgeous. The LG Vu CU920 doesn’t quite measure up there, although it’s less expensive and packs in features like 3G, instant messaging, and stereo Bluetooth, which are missing from the iPhone. If you want to watch live episodes of Jay Leno or Neil Cavuto on your phone, the LG Vu CU920 is the best way to go—ditto if you’re looking for a fun phone but you have an Apple allergy. As for an iPhone killer? Not quite.”
